I Rise Meets Club Dodgeball

It was not long ago that the Club Dodgeball team at VCU was an organization that was struggling to gain traction and find a fresh start. Now comes along I Rise, a brand new volunteer organization, facing much of the same problem. In an effort to help promote both organizations, the Club Dodgeball team decided to host their very first charity tournament, which would help I Rise receive some much needed funding. There was a lot of fun, competition, and balls flying everywhere, but ultimately, it was a success. The team managed to raise over $200 for the young organization, and had a good time along the way. Players from the club team, along with friends who came to support I Rise participated in the event and found a way to make a difference for the VCU community.
