Dodgeball Club Scores Big with Buffalo Wild Wings

In the past few months, the Dodgeball Club at VCU has been working hard to promote their brand not only on the court, but off the court as well. These efforts include building relationships with local businesses within the city of Richmond as well as providing volunteer services to give back to the community. This aggressive approach to install values with different businesses in Richmond hasn’t gone unnoticed as numerous business has been showing support towards the club.

As of August 27, 2016, the Dodgeball Club at VCU has formed a partnership with one of the most recognizable and successful businesses within the United States, Buffalo Wild Wings, located in Shockoe Bottom in Richmond, Virginia. You mean the place that you see on television where people watch college football and the NFL throughout the weekend with multiple TVs everywhere? Yeah, that’s the one. The same place where you can relax and have a good time no matter how big your party is? Yeah, that company.

Buffalo Wild Wings was co-founded in 1982 by Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery while attending am amateur figure skating competition at Kent State University in 1980. Their open up their 1st restaurant in Columbus, Ohio and then in Westerville Ohio one year later. As of February 2016, Buffalo Wild Wings are located in 1,175 areas that includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, The Philippines, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Panama. The Dodgeball Club at VCU is very happy and fortunate to have a partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings and are looking forward on building a strong relationship for years to come.
